I’ve only been paragliding once in my life so far and it was in Golden BC. Hilary and I made the trip out to Golden on August long weekend and decided to give it a try. We drove up to the top of Mount Seven and lauched from there.

It was a really cool feeling running down the hillside and feeling your feet lift off of the ground as you took off. The rest of the flight was a strange mix of peacefulness and exhiliration as we flew all of the way back down to the valley floor.

I went first with my guide and Hilary followed behind, so I was able to get a picture of her as they came in for their landing.
